LivingGOAT is an invitation-only reading platform. Access is granted at the sole discretion of LivingGOAT. Your access code is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your account credentials or access code with others is not permitted.
All written content on this platform — including all books, chapters, and materials — is the intellectual property of LivingGOAT and its author. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without explicit written permission.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information at signup and to notify us if your account is compromised. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You agree to use this platform for personal, non-commercial reading only. You will not attempt to circumvent access controls, copy-protect content, reverse engineer the platform, or interfere with other users' experience.
Content you create on this platform — including highlights and personal notes — belongs to you. We store it on your behalf to enhance your reading experience. We do not share your personal notes with other users.
By providing your mobile phone number and/or email address when requesting access or creating an account, you expressly consent to receive communications from LivingGOAT, including transactional messages, account updates, access notifications, and informational messages, via automated or pre-recorded calls, text messages (SMS/MMS), and/or email to the number and address you provide. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may opt out of emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each email. Consent to receive automated communications is not a condition of access to this platform.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the LivingGOAT platform — including questions about the existence, validity, or termination of these Terms — shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration shall be conducted in Maricopa County, Arizona, or by telephone or written submission if both parties agree.
You and LivingGOAT each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. The arbitrator shall have authority to award any relief that would be available in court, including injunctive or declaratory relief, on an individual basis only.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Maricopa County, Arizona to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
